In reference to Haiti Kidnapping - Lencie Mirville Kidnappers Arrested, Hard to Believe Story, when is the Haitian Government is going to step up and make these type of crimes punishable with life in prison or death penalty ..and they wonder why Haitians abroad refuse to go back and invest in the country or take a vacation with their loved ones.

But they like to claim that we are deserting our country
