In reference to Haiti is Living Beyond its Means, Wilson Laleau says, I really truly agree and mainly because the general population moneys in circulation is in Gourdes but value is in US currency! What's up with that! I'm in Real Estate, leases and sales are in US Currency and high better said, way up there with no Bank Loans possible! It's a mess! Real Estate loans and Banks generates the economy in every Country in the world except for Haiti because that very thing is non-existent in Haiti! Banks have no money to work with Buyers!
