How is it wrong to enforce the law and deport those who are ilegal?
The Dominican Republic is NOT HAITI, will not, and Can't be Haiti.
What happens with ilegal hatians in Bahamas, Brazil, US, and everywhere?
They get deported the same way Dominicans do from other places.
Face the fact. The law is the law. If you are ilegal you don't belong.
If you are legal...WELCOME! Simple as that.
