You mean to tell me that people in the Dominican Republic go around burning buses and authorities does nothing?

Interesting.

Please elaborate and bring us evidence of that.

And of course Haiti is not the Dominican Republic.

The Dominican Republic has the second largest economy (the largest, according to the U.S. State Department)in the Caribbean and Central American region.

On the other hand, Haiti is the poorest and most illiterate nation in the western hemisphere.
