first of all that statement from the washington post need 2b clarified even b4 the quake haiti had over 13millions peoples excluded the diaspora community! second the usa need 2b held accountable 4 sending their so-called bigtime contractors in haiti i knew 4 a fact a ggod numbers of them carrying out unscrupulous & always involved in scandalous activities! thirdly haiti is indeed raising with jah's help under the martelly-lamorte government
