13 October 2013 The Dominican High Court sentence TC/0168/13 dated 23 Sept 2013 in the case of Juliana Deguis Pierre will cause an implosion in the Dominican society if they tries to implement it.

A good portion of the Dominican intelligentsia is of Haitian descent.

Will the Dominican Rep in the near future will deport to Haiti blacks such as Dominican Senator Felix Bautista, Dominican ex President Lionel Fernandez or retired baseball right fielder Samuel Peralta "Sammy" Sosa to name a few?
