Visa to Chile: ONLY 2 visas granted to Haitians, 2131 visas granted to Venezuelans

New chilean president Sebastian Pinera has litterally stopped the inflow of Haitians to Chile. As of April 16th 2018, all Haitians traveling to Chile require a tourist visa.. The only problem is, ONLY 2 visas have been granted to Haitians thus far. more »
