The Number ONE reason Americans save Money and how Haiti could profit from it if we had smart leaders

Yep... A recent survey from SunTrust Bank revealed that travel, not emergencies, as Americans' top reason to save money. 45 percent of Americans save money to travel. They want to see the world.

Shouldn't that open the eyes of the Haitian Ministry of Tourism to focus more on the tourism industry? Haitians need jobs. Imagine the number of jobs that would be created in the country if we had more hotels, resorts and accommodations for tourists in Haiti.

We have lots of white sandy beaches in Haiti. It is time we use them to create jobs and and bring more tourist dollars our way.

The Dominican Republic getting a big chunk of that money that Americans are saving to travel the world. Haiti which shares the same island, what are we doing wrong?

When you think of it... If 45 percent of Americans are saving money to travel. what do you think is their primary target destination?

Paradise!!!! That's what the Caribbean is called.
