I was reviewing one of the comments made about Stephen Curry on this website, an American basketball player in the NBA who happens to be of Haitian descent. So I decided to clarify what it means to be of Haitian descent once and for all.

One of the commentators asked how deep were we trying to go in order to link Curry to his Haitian descendants or are we just trying to bring more views to our website. He thinks that's why we link Stephen Curry to being of Haitian descent.

The topic of dual citizenship in Haiti is still unclear and subject of debate on Haitian radio lately.

It doesn't matter how long you've been living in Haiti. As soon as you leave the country and you grab another citizenship, Haitians in Haiti look at you as though you are no longer Haitian.

Haiti lacks many professionals because many left the country in search of a better life on foreign land. As soon as this Haitian professional becomes a citizen of another country he is what Haitians call a "cadavre gaté".

There are many young Haitian-Americans millenials and their friends who are caught between a rock and a hard place trying to enjoy life while keeping up with the bills and repaying their debts.

They work hard everyday but most of the money they earn is being used for debt repayment.

Between credit card debts and student loan debts, there is little left to spend on what some millenials call "experiences,"spending on things that make you happy like going on vacation.

Topic for Young Haitian-Americans --- Let me tell you how I like to watch my favorite television series: I wait until they are streaming in services like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime, and I do what is called binge-viewing.

So let me ask you... What are the best TV shows to marathon these days?

My two all time favorite TV show marathons were "24" (I just love agent Jack Bauer) and Prison Break.

Lately I've been watching "POWER" and I love it.
