This is what the public school look like in Bois Rouge,Plaine-du Nord. Millions and billions are being spent foolishly in the name of the people and a bunch of people with no shame are talking trash on Facebook...
He refers to all who spent the Petro Caribe money as "petro san konsyans" (without a conscience).
Youselin comments in the image saying

Not even a cock fight pit is in this condition. There is a cock fight pit in my neighborhood, even the area where the roosters are are fighting is cemented. this looks more like a pig farm.

Grâce aux médias sociaux, de nombreux Haïtiens partagent maintenant la triste réalité de l'Haïti dans lequel ils vivent, Haïti que nous ne voulons pas voir. Comme cette école publique par exemple.
Quelqu'un a posté cette image d'une école publique à Bois Rouge, 2ème section Basse Plaine, Plaine-du Nord Haïti. Il y a tellement d'écoles publiques accréditées en Haïti qui ressemble
