Port-au-Prince - Shalom Church closes its doors due to insecurity and kidnappings in Haiti

The popular Church Shalom Tabernacle de Gloire in Port-au-Prince Haiti has decided to suspend all religious activities until further notice to protest against the wave of insecurity and kidnappings that has been ravaging the country lately.

This has gotten so bad that even the church has not been spared. Recently, armed bandits have entered inside of the church and kidnapped worshippers and church leaders while church ceremonies were taking place.

All activities at Shalom Church has been suspended since October 04 2021. Pastor Jacques Maurice, one of the leaders of Shalom Church and director of Radio Television Shalom made the announcement.

Authorities shut down a church service in Hinche Haiti Sunday for gathering an assembly amid coronavirus scare

With the potential danger in spreading Coronavirus in Haiti, a church in the city of Hinche decided to gather its assembly in the name of the Lord. Haitian authorities went in and stop the service.

Church leaders at the First Baptist Church of Hinche decided to hold regular services disobeying the orders of the government to stop Gathering all these people in order to prevent the potential spread of the Coronavirus.

While the entire world is practicing social distancing so that those who are infected with coronavirus do not spread it to other people, it is shocking to see a christian leader in our community do something so dangerous to his assembly, putting their lives at risk in the Name Of The Lord.

Haitian Pastor arrested at the Airport with $95,000 US gift wrapped

On March 06, 2019, Haitian pastor Pastor Estiverne Jean-Charles was arrested by Haitian police at Toussaint Louverture International Airport in possession of 95,000 US dollars gift wrapped and bound for the United States.

According to news reports, Pastor Estiverne Jean-Charles who runs a church at Delmas 33 in Port-au-Prince Haiti was about to board a flight to the United States when authorities spotted a special gift in his bag, 95,000 US dollars nicely gift wrapped.

When the reverend was asked where did that money come from, he replied: "I am a pastor, I can travel with as much money as I want."

At church today, the priest said more people came to church the Sunday after the earthquake than ever before. As soon as as there's a natural disaster everyone was looking for Jesus, the priest said.

People who go to church in a regular basis and who usually sit on the same spot, they had to find another place to sit because the cathedral was so packed.

Haitian Prophet Mackenson Dorilas forbidden to evangelize until further notice

Haiti - Pasteur Mackenson says 21 Punaise, the Cure for AIDS

Mackenson Dorilas, the self proclaimed prophet in Haiti who recommended 21 bed bugs as treatment for AIDS was sanctioned by the Ministry of Cults Tuesday Sept 21 2018. Not a word to the media, church or social media for 30 days, authorities said.

The ministry of Cults has forbidding Prophet Mackenson to evangelize on the national territory until he provides the legal documents attesting to his competence to act as pastor.

"But I am not a pastor!" Dorilas said, "I am a prophet," and there are no written rules or requirements for prophets in Haiti.

Haitian Pastor Mackenson Dorilas who recommended 21 bed bugs as treatment to his faithful followers suffering from HIV/AIDS has to present to court Tuesday, September 11 in Croix-des-Bouquets to answer questions.

A live video broadcast shows the Haitian pastor prophet giving a list or ingredients to 43 young women and 25 young men suffering from HIV/AIDS to compose a cocktail that they have to drink for 21 days that will cure them from HIV/AIDS.
