National Gas Station Haiti

There is a big conflict between the Haitian government and U.S. Energy Trading company Novum and that's what is causing all this problems with shortages of gasoline and diesel every in the country.

Novum Energy Trading says the Haitian government owes it $40 million in overdue payments for fuel.

A Haitian Government officials said that the fuel distributions companies refuse to pay the government for gasoline and diesel that the government purchase from Novum on their behalf.
