Mental Health in Haiti

Does stress make you lazy? I have been under a lot of stress lately and, honestly, I have never been this lazy in my life. Is it the stress that is making me lazy or is it something else?

I have discovered that laziness is a habit but it's not a mental health issue.

I seriously believe that the Republic of Haiti lacks the ability to legally declare some people as mentally incompetent and this is destroying our society.

It's every where in Haiti, in politics and in the church especially where many leaders are clearly insane and yet, they are deciding and influencing others to follow them in their craziness and no one is saying anything about this.
