Guerdwich Montimere, ALREADY a Naturalized U.S. Citizen, and a high school graduate in South Florida, decided to go to West Texas, pose as a homeless illegal immigrant teenager from Haiti named Jerry Joseph, and re-entered high school, and re-lived out his dream as a high school Basketball star.

Guerdwich got lucky...
He pleaded guilty to a lesser charge... His trial was set to begin mid October 2011.
Had he gone to trial, Guerdwich Montimere would be facing six felony charges, including sexual assault.
Oh Yeahhh! Guerdwich aka Jerry had sex with his high school sweet heart, a 15-year old girl.
Guerdwich would be looking at 20 years in prison if convicted on the original counts.
SO... If you suddenly decide you want to go "BACK TO SCHOOL..." be careful how far back go...

This young man is crying for help. He needs a good psychiatric evaluation.The desire to fulfill a dream could be achieved in so many ways excluding committing felonies.
He was not thinking clearly and I believe that he was facing with great mental and sociological issues that push him over the edge. I hope he receive some counseling therapy enables him to see life at a different angle.You do not things and not expect to face the consequences.
