Wow! The Catholic religion never ceases to amaze me. It is true that Vaudun needs some serious reform thus looking inside to rid itself of many bad elements that can be self destructive.

However, as a science, the only thing in Haiti which has the capacity to help mold us together as a people if reformed is Vaudun.

No other imported religion, faith or sect can have that power to unite for a common cause.

I do agree totally with the Cardinal, and I realize that the well-known names are late. They should mention and work on this lasting aspect so long time way before twenty 1st Century.

Maybe by fear or society they did not do it. Therefore, I always wonder if the problem isn't about a wrongly sharing of voodoo by our ancestry roots.

Because a rational cult would not performing against its own skillful folks, as most of us are witnessed of so many bad examples, and it isn't from the cult itself but from the rehearsal minds.

Il nous serait impossible d'ignorer que le vaudou ne soit une référence historicoculturelle chez nous, en tant que Nation de 1804. Cependant, dire que le Vaudou est tout à fait la lanterne de notre culture, après avoir jaugé notre conscience innée, nous, les observateurs du vaudou total, en avons d' ailleurs, de reserve et même de cicatrices psychologiques à l'égard de ce mythe qui en effet, mérite d'être fondamentalement réorienté pour le bien des nôtres qui, s'envoûtent pour ainsi dire inconsciemment, d'où cet indéniable débat s'aurait accusé quasiment dartdif.

the country took independence more than 200 years.

what do we achieve with voodoo?

just poverty, Haitians must think positively and do things to change their life rationally.
