Flights Cap-Haitien Haiti

After 47 years of flying Haitian passengers to direct to New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport, American Airlines has decided to cancel the direct flight from JFK and Fort Lauderdale Airports to Port-au-Prince International Airport.

Starting November 03, 2018, American Airline will only fly Haitian Passengers to Miami International Airport. From there you will have to connect to your final destination.

The airline company blames difficult times and the rise in the price of jet fuel for making this decision.

Great news for airline passengers flying to Northern Haiti ... Spirit Airlines has announced a new flights from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) to Cap-Haitien International Airport in Haiti starting April 12 2017.

No need to book a Spirit airline flight from Fort Lauderdale to Port-au-Prince and drive all the way north to Cap Haitien and surrounding cities. You will soon fly straight to Cap-Haitien international airport via Spirit Airlines.

American Airlines will make its inaugural Flight to Cap-Haitien International Airport Haiti (renamed Hugo Chávez International Airport) on Thursday 02 October, 2014, and Haiti Tourism Minister Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin plans to be a passenger on that flight...

The tourism minister told the Haitian media that she will fly out Monday, 01 October, to return on the inaugural flight.

She also said that many dignitaries will be on that flight and will stay in Norhtern Haiti for a few days where they will visit some tourist sits among other things.

Good news for Haiti airline passengers... Tortug'Air, the Haitian airline company that has been flying to many parts of the country, has just made their first flight from Fort Lauderdale Florida to Cap Haitien Haiti Thursday 05 June 2014...

Tortug'Air plans to make daily flights to Cap-Haïtien from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) according to the South Florida Times.

The inaugural flight with about 50 passengers was scheduled to leave Fort Lauderdale at 7 a.m. Thurstay en route to Cap-Haïtien, Thursday.
