Haiti Electricity 24/7 - President Jovenel's electricity promise deadline ends 03 July 2019

President Jovenel Moise promised electricity 24 hours a day across Haiti in 24 months. On July 3rd 2019 the 24 months will be over. Will the president deliver on that promise?

One journalist said you have to know today what tomorrow will be like. Nearly two months before the deadline is over, "I would be happy with just four hours of electricity per day," he said because the area where he lives in the Haitian capital does barely has electricity.
