Are you Ready for the Holidays? is Santa coming to visit?
Merry Christmas Haiti
I know quite few homes this year that Santa Claus will not be visiting...
Plain and simple, there is no money.
I don't think I am exaggerating by saying that a large majority of the Haitian diaspora is suffering from a lack of funds. Money does not come easy for them these days.
It is difficult for many of them to admit and face the fact that they are broke. So many of them continue to dive in debt in order to maintain the appearance of a normal life.
I in reading this you feel that i am talking about you, please forgive me. Also, please stop digging.
I just thought i'd share this message before some of you go out and accumulate more debts this holiday season.
I certainly hope you and your family have a Happy Holidays.
Do you have any advice or comments you would like to share?

If you think Christmas is bad for the diaspora, think about those 25,000 Haitians who will be deported from Santo Domingo.
How disoriented and heartbroken they will be especially for the ones being in Haiti for the first time in their lives.
Let us not be selfish and think about our brothers and
Christmas is not about gifts anyway! Maybe it's time to open hearts into receiving Jesus in your heart.
It's a greater gift than anything one can imagine.
When you do receive Jesus, there is no doubt about it, EVERYTHING FOLLOWS, Everything, all doors open, all gifts pour in because all that really counts is God whom created all
