President Jovenel Moise Should be fined first for driving without a license plate in Haiti, Eric Jn Baptiste says
According to Eric Jn Baptiste (Pere Eternel Loto), the very first person who should be fined $12,000 gourdes for driving without a license plate is the the president himself, Jovenel Moise.

Speaking about the budget on Radio Metropole earlier this week, Eric Jn Baptiste mentioned that the new budget, 2017-2018 has increased the fine for driving without a license plate in Haiti.
"There is no law that says the President of Haiti can ride on a vehicle without a license plate," he said and the only plate on the vehicle that president Jovenel Moise rides on is a plate that says "La Presidence"
Regarding the increase of traffic tickes in Haiti, Eric Jean Baptiste says: "dans tous les pays du monde on rentabilize l'indiscipline" (English: in all the countries of the world one profitabilizes indiscipline)
