There are the words that us nice people do not like to dish out but how many of you want to say it but are afraid?

Don't get me wrong, I am not talking about a nice guy here who wish his girl "friend" became his girlfriend. I'm talking about the friends you have that cost you TIME and MONEY and are giving nothing back in terms of value.

How many times does your friend ask you for a favor simply because he wants to save money by making your do it for FREE?

How many times do you give your friend a ride because he is to lazy to drive and when you ask him for a favor he is busy?

How many times does our friend come over to your place to eat because he is too cheap to order out?

How many of your friends are freeloading on you while they are putting their money in the bank?

Who pay for the drinks when you go out partying?

Who pay for the movie tickets when you go to movies?

How many family members do you support only to find out later that they are better off than you are?

I am not telling you not to be nice to people but I want you to know that some people are blood suckers. As long as they know that you will happily do for them what they do not want to do for themselves, they will be your best friend until they have no use for you anymore.

A great writer friend of mine once told me: The people in your life who use you, you attract them to you whether you want to believe it or not. Find out what you're getting out of it because you certainly are getting something, perhaps subconsciously. Once you stop attracting them to you, they will disappear in your life.

Be nice to others, but be careful.
