If it so simple you won't believe it.
STOP eating on giant plates, instead use a smaller plate. The bigger the plate you use when you eat, the bigger the portion size you will eat and the more food you will pile on that plate.
I don't know about you, but growing up in Haiti my mom used to tell me you have to eat everything on you plate because wasting food is a big no no.
So it became a habit. No matter how much food is on my plate, I would eat it all.
What if the plate was much smaller? You still eat everything on you plate but you would eat less!
Research shows, if you reduce the size of your plate you will equally reduce the quantity of the food you eat and thereby lose weight without changing your diet.

Smaller plates, smaller bowls and smaller cups equals smaller portions sizes, remember that.
