How do you Legally Declare someone in Haiti as Mentally Incompetent?

Some leaders in Haiti would be qualified as mentally insane in any other country

It's every where in Haiti, in politics and in the church especially where many leaders are clearly insane and yet, they are deciding and influencing others to follow them in their craziness and no one is saying anything about this.

What is Paranoia?

Paranoia a mental condition characterized by delusions of persecution, unwarranted jealousy, or exaggerated self-importance, typically worked into an organized system.

Paranoia may be an aspect of chronic personality disorder, of drug abuse, or of a serious condition such as schizophrenia in which the person loses touch with reality.

How many leaders in Haiti do you know who have lost touch with reality?

What is a Delusion?

A delusion is an odd belief that a person firmly insists is true despite evidence that it is not.

delusions of grandeur is a false impression of one's own importance. There are many people in Haiti who have the capacity to annoy society simply because the Haitian media refuses to accept they are crazy and keeps giving them free air time.

Paranoia can become delusions, when irrational thoughts and beliefs become so fixed that nothing (including contrary evidence) can convince a person that what they think or feel is not true.

You should really read more on Paranoia and Delusional Disorders and I promise you will find out that some so called leaders among us in Haitian society are either delusional or paranoid.

The saddest part about Haitian society is, some of our clearly paranoid and delusional leaders have followers and there does not seem to exist a legal way to classify these leaders as "coo coo" so we can take them to sanatorium de Port-au-Prince and protect their innocent followers.

I reserve the right not to disclose the identity of these crazy who have motivated me to write this article but if you tune in to news coming out of Haiti these days you will have a pretty good idea.
