Hmmmm... Also... During the campaign, Anna Pierre made claims that she was a victim of Vodou... (Video @ NBC MIAMI]) Yea... apparently another candidate may have placed some dead chicken or something at the door steps of her campaign headquarters in North Miami...

Boooo... LOL...

Ok... Seriously...

Oh... Here is the strange part of this story... Anna Pierre probably got the most media attention for her endorsement from Jesus Christs; however, She got the LEAST number of votes out of all the candidates. The New York Daily News says: "Claiming an endorsement by Jesus Christ wasn't enough to score Anna Pierre a victory in the North Miami mayoral election."

Question: What is so wrong with being endorsed by Jesus Christ?

Perhaps this is a message for future Haitian christian politicians to leave the Lord Jesus Christ our of politics... Don't you think?
