The woman identified as Line Augustin died instantly.

The driver and two other passengers, a man and woman, were immediately taken to the hospital; the driver and the woman died.

Well, that's the price of recklessness when/where there is no law enforcement agencies to keep those "animals" in line by any means.

Recklessness takes its natural course which is desaster, be it tragic accidents such as this; in other cases of reckless living like animals in a jungle, we hear of fire, flooding, building/house collapses, etc...

It is a shame that that is what the "The First Black Republic" has inherited as a free nation, the "right" to do whatever you want, with impunity, to your own detriment and, unfortunately, that of others! Shame of a nation living a time
