Is it tourism or other countries visiting to scout out possible investment opportunities?

I don't want to see Haiti fall victim to opportunists.

Like the U.S. the Orientals and Indians are owning the riches because they come here with money and can invest and open up businesses whereas people living here forever wants the opportunity for business ownerships and cannot even get loans.
