According to a news report by HaitiLibre.com, a new measures currently in place by Haitian authorities will severely punish Haitian taxi moto operators carrying more than one passenger...

Haitian Taxi motos carry as much as 4 adult passengers plus the driver; that's 5 adults on a motorcycle. Accidents often results in serious injuries, even death.
