Haiti Reforestation - The Mormons Are Planting Trees In Haiti... Wow...
Haitian Mormons Planting Trees In Haiti
Yes, the mormons, they came up with the wonderful nation-wide tree planting project to plant an estimated 400,000 trees (oranges, lemon trees, etc) across Haiti.
An opportunity for LDS members to serve their country, the article says.
Lord have mercy... If every God fearing man and woman in Haiti understood the "serving your country" part... If every christian leader took the time to teach it to them instead of constantly reminding them to "Brace yourself, Jesus is coming!" Haiti would be a better place!
I like that... I really do...
When will the catholic church and every other christian organizaiton in Haiti join hands and do the same thing?
Yon kretyen... Yon pye bwa... Huh... Huh... Sa-w di?
If every Catholic priest and Baptist preacher in Haiti took this initiative to encourage their church members to plant more trees and care for these trees as much as they salvation, believe you me, Haiti would have more trees then the Amazon rain forest.
What do you think about this?

In a continued effort to help Haitians following the 2010 earthquake, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and friends are planting 400,000 trees in Haiti, with nearly 25,000 planted on 1 May 2013. Another 75,000 trees are scheduled for planting by year's end.
Finally a church doing Jah work. it's about time. Every religion should take this as an example doing Jah's work is not telling people to convert or go to hell
I don't believe that's what Jah meant when He said faith without work is dead. He meant to do actual work physical work and help mankind.
you a lot of these churches are more concern about how many people they can bring in so that the collection basket can be fatter.
That is awesome.
I love the fruit trees.
God is using the mormons to bless the country.
Keep praying for Haiti and the leaders.
