According to news reports, the Officer from the Haitian prison system (APENA) was shot twice by unknown individuals riding on motorcycles in an area caleld Village d'Enfant, Cap Haitien...
This one of many police officers who lost their lives in Haiti since the beginning of the year, possibly for first in Cap-Haitien.

PNH is solely responsible for their misfortunes, as long as they keep the same Commissaire who is responsible to conduct the interview for the admission to join PNH they are going to get the same result.
