Haiti Money - From now on the Haitian Gourde will be the only currency in the country, Government orders...

Read this... From now on in Haiti, all commercial transactions across the country will be made in Haitian Gourdes. This is according to a presidential decree dated March 1, 2018 following a conseil des ministres.

Anyone caught breaking this rule will be prosecuted in accordance with the laws of the Republic, the government said.

In a country where the price of everything in set in U.S. dollars and the law are never enforces. Do you really think you will soon wake up and every price will be in Haitian gourdes?
