(Read the English version below)

Ou paka wè ti machann dlo a k ap rele 3 dlo pou dola anko!
Ou paka we ti machan pistach griye a!

For my English Speakers
Today, I was listening to an editorial by journalist Johnny Ferdinand on Radio Caraïbes FM, where he passionately said, today in Haiti, people can't even suffer in peace anymore!" -- Powerful words!
Johnny Ferdinand spoke about Haiti's worsening problems, focusing on the collapse of the informal economy. It's heartbreaking.
You no longer see the street vendors selling "three bags of water for 5 gourdes."
The woman selling roasted peanuts by the roadside? Gone.
The shoe shine man? Nowhere to be found.
The street vendors shouting about boiled breadfruit (labapin bouyi) and eggs? They've disappeared.
Even those who used to sell cooked fooe on wheelbarrows, they can't move around anymore -- gangs have taken over entire areas, and nothing is allowed to function there.
This has only increased the number of people struggling just to survive in Haiti, the journalist said.
