The TI GELE phenomenon in Dominican Republic is very common... they are hoodlums who threaten people in order to take illegal possession of their personal property...

In the case of the mass deportations scheduled for Haitians living illegally in the republic. these TI GELEs will use certainly use that as an excuse to terrorize Haitians, force them to run away, this way they can take possession of all their belongings...
