Haiti Health - Did you know Eating Mango Everyday is Good for you?

I did a little research about mango health properties and I discovered a whole bunch of reason why you should eat mangoes everyday.

I found my reasons for eating mango...

1 - It's good for my eyes: The Vitamin A in Mango help promote good eyesight...

2 - Mango helps to reduce kidney stones: my doctor told me I had a kidney stone developing... I discovered that mangoes can help reduce the risk of kidney stone formation.

3 - Mango helps in digestion - Mango is high in fiber... The flesh of an entire medium-sized mango supplies 5.4 grams of fiber, or 22 percent of the daily value.
