Port Lafito is the centerpiece of the Lafito Global economic zone, an oceanfront economic zone that includes the Lafito port and terminal, an industrial free zone and a business park.

This multi-purpose terminal boasts the deepest port in the nation and will handle containerized and loose-bulk cargo with state of the art equipment and software.

Haiti president Michel Martelly was present at the official inauguration of Port Lafito Thursday 02 July 2015...
