English:
If a 'bouretye' in Haiti wishes to expand his business, what can he possibly do to turn his wooden wheelbarrow (bouret) into a cargo motorcycle, or even a small truck.
You think he can just walk into a bank and ask for a loan?
Does our society even consider the 'bouretye' as an entrepreneur, or his 'bouret' as a small business?
After all, he earns his living from it each and every day... right?

Pagen vier metier!
M'panse si tout bouretier ki nan menm zone ta met tet yo ansanm, epi fome yon association ti bouretier, yo teka mieu oganize, epi jwenn lajan prete nan FONKOZE, jis pou modenize business sa-a.
Menmsi sa ta mande bon
No bouretier can walk into a bank and ask for a loan. He has to have stats of his daily or monthly income and can prove to the bank that he can repay the loan.
As far as I know, none of those guys has the financial acumen so to do.
Let's hope that some good samaritans with the finanancial know how help them to overcome this
