Haiti Agriculture - Artibonite RICE Production UP by 30 percent

There has been a significant increase in the Haitian rice production in the Artibonite region this past year since the launch of President Jovenel Moise's Caravan Changement in the area.

According to the Minister of Agriculture, Carmel André Béliard, Rice production has in creased by 30% for the second time.

With the creation of agricultural cooperatives in this part of the country, the support of the central government and an increase in cultivable areas, the minister of agriculture believes that production will continue to increase for the next few years.

Good news for President Jovenel and his government.
