"Ex-president Jean Bertrand Aristide in respiratory difficulty is said to have contracted the coronavirus. His passport is expired and despite a ban on departure since 2014, Jovenel Moïse had to intervene to give him a humanitarian passport in order to save the Lavalas leader."
