She Won The Lottery After Donating To Haiti

Does that mean that if you donate to Haiti you will win the lottery?

That's not what I am saying... LOL...

Although I do encourage donating to Haiti Earthquake Relief.

This is a vivid story that when you help the less fortunate, you will will be blessed in return. and sometimes, you may even feel the blessing in ways you didn't expect.

Her name is Renee Green, she is a receptionist billing clerk at a software company in Bellevue, WA.

When she received her tax refund this year, she decided that this money would better serve the people of Haiti.

So she took her entire $700 Tax Refund and donated it to Haiti earthquake relief.

A few days later... Well... here's the rest of the story directly from the Washington State Lottery web site...

Rene says:

"I was on my way to work and I stopped at 7-Eleven and picked up a milk, a donut and two Scratch tickets. I went to work and scratched it and discovered I'd won $50,000."

"I was dumbfounded," she said. She called her boyfriend at work and asked if he was sitting down. Then she took a picture on her phone and sent it to him.

After he looked at the photo he quickly called back and said, "I got the day off! You need to get the day off!"
