Luis Abinader, the president of the Dominican Republic, issued a warning to its citizens. Do not go to Haiti because of insecurities and kidnapping, he said.

Anyways, Abinader might not want Dominicans to go to Haiti but I'm sure products from the Dominican Republic of crossing the border on a daily basis.
Haiti has become The dumping ground or whatever products Dominicans cannot sell on their side.
Corrupt governments have their advantages. Isn't that right?
