Coronavirus - Haiti closes its border with the Dominican Republic

The Republic of Haiti has decided to close its border border with the Dominican Republic starting Monday, March 16 at midnight to prevent coronavirus from entering the country.

This decision was made Sunday by the Haitian government. Prime Minister Joseph Jouthe announced it during a press conference in his private residence.
