Should COVID-19 reach the general population in Haiti the spread will be massive, 2 reasons why

So far, we've been very lucky in Haiti because the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has not yet reached the general population. Here are 2 reasons why the spread of corona virus will be massive in Haiti should this virus reach the general population.

Reason #1 is the way we travel.

Haitians are packed like sardines in tap-taps and traffic busses in the big cities and in busses going to the provinces. Anyone infected can spread it so quickly it's not even funny.

Reason #2 is because of the way we buy food products in street markets.

The way Haitians by food products is a disaster waiting to happen with COVID-19.

People go to the market place and they barter. They go around touching fruits and vegetables, everything the merchants are selling and they're rubbing against each other in these marketplaces.

So an infected person who goes to market will infect tens, possibly hundreds of people before he returns home.

Covid 19 Haiti says...

Voici 2 raisons pour lesquelles la propagation du COVID-19 sera massive en Haiti si ce virus atteignait la population générale.

Raison no 1 est notre façon de voyager.

Les Haïtiens sont emballés comme des sardines dans les tap-taps et les bus de circulation dans les grandes villes et dans les bus à destination des provinces.
