Build a WALL between Haiti and the Dominican Republic, says Dominican Politician

Dominican deputy Vinicio Castillo Seman has proposed to his colleagues the building of WALL 400 kilometers long to separate the Dominican Republic from the Republic of Haiti... The logic behind this is to help prevent Haitian migration into the Dominican Republic, Castillo says.

Vinicio Castillo Seman, a left-wing ultra-nationalist, seems to think that if the United States can build a wall along its border with Mexico then what is wrong with building a wall between the Dominican Republic an Haiti?

I hope the people of Haiti take notice and start voting for people who can go to work to make Haiti a much better place so that Haiti will no longer be the laughing stock of the region.

Thousands of Haitians sneak illegally thru the Hatian/Dominican border and devalue jobs, devalue properties, pop-out babies and claim them as Dominicans (anchor-babies), etc. As a result, Dominicans want to build a wall. But someway, somehow, Haiti is the victim here and the the laughing stock of the region?

Really, Do you know the cost Haitians represent to the Dominican Republic?

Medically, socially, culturally we cannot, and don't want to afford that. We can still have trades...trust me you people need more than us. What we don't need is the tremendous amount Haitians illegals.
