3 Haitians die in Port-au-Prince flood water on a Tap-Tap
3 Haitian citizens fell to their deaths from the back of a tap-tap after flood water took them away in Port-au-Prince Haiti.
According to eye witnesses, ravine Bois-de-chêne, a water ravine that crosses the National road to Carrefour, came with so much force that it dragged the tap tap and salled the engine. Three passengers who were on board tied to run for their lives only to fall into the raging ravine to their deaths.
The tap tap was able to escape the flood water but these unlucky passengers did not make it.
