22 Haitians Dead In A Traffic Accident Near Leogane Haiti

There was a terrible accident in Haiti earlier this week, at least 22 people died when two traffic busses collided near Leogane.

In Haiti, there is no highway patrol to enforce the speed limit and there is no motor vehicle laws to protect these people who use public transportation.

Most of the roads are perilous, the transportation vehicles are overloaded, and many of the drivers are careless.
