True story... A Haitian proffessional walks into a supermarket in Port-au-Prince to purchase a bottle of wine. As he stood at the register to pay for the wine, and old man looked at him with a mean face and said: "Lajan PetroCaribe a, w ap bay li wi!" (the PetroCaribe money that's in your hands, you will give it up)
