If You Eat an Avocado a Day For a Month, Here's What Will Happen to You (VIDEO)

If You Eat an Avocado a Day For a Month, Here's What Will Happen to You (VIDEO)

Many Haitians eat avocados because they like it but do you what will happen to your body if you eat avocado every day? Watch this video and find out. Trust me you will want to load up on that "ZABOKA" starting today after you discover all the health benefits of avocado.

The avocado is a unique fruit with multiple nutritional and health benefits. How would your body respond if you ate just one avocado a day?

In fact, it would transform your life as you'd get amazing results:

  1. your breath will be fresh at all times,
  2. your kidneys and liver will work more efficiently,
  3. your blood pressure will become lower, just to name a few.

There's a miraculous mineral to be found in avocados: potassium. It helps your system keep a healthy fluid balance through chemical channels for cells and organs.

Avocados are also a great source of vitamins C and E. Vitamin C is known for its involvement in the creation of collagen and elastin, which help to maintain the skin's elasticity and firmness.

Vitamin E takes it to a whole new level, reducing the damage of excessive sun exposure and counteracting aging.

If you are Haitian and you used to watch

If you are Haitian or you grew up in Haiti and you remember watching "Joe Le Fugitif" on TNH, Television Nationale d'Haiti, you are an old fart LOL...

Here is what you probably didn't know about Joe Le Fugitif:

The original series was in English, it was called Run, Joe, Run and it aired on NBC for 2 seasons on Saturday mornings in the United States from 1974 to 1975.

Back in those days, a Television set in Haiti was a luxury. Growing up in a Haitian province with no electricy, I could not wait to go on vacation in Port-au-Prince at my uncle's house to watch television. Yep, he was the rich man in the family LOL.

Mise au point - Haiti Fonds PetroCaribe - Investissement Marriott

Mise au point - Haiti Fonds PetroCaribe - Investissement Marriott

Here is a copy of the letter from Turgeau Developments S.A, owner of the building operating under the label of the Marriott hotel, reacting to the "casual" statements of the former President Michel Martelly who declared that the Marriott hotel benefited from Petrocaribe funds.

The establishment of such an enterprise in Haiti is the result of joint financing from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), an affiliate of the World Bank Group and the The Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO), or Dutch Development Bank, in collaboration with Turgeau Holding LTD, a subsidiary of Digicel group, the letter said.

LTD, the note says, regrets deeply that the record of the use of Petrocaribe funds is downplayed at this level, while the Haitian people are in their fullest right to demand accountability.

The Martelly family is neither directly nor indirectly part of the shareholding of Turgeau Developments S.A., the note said.
