Haiti Tourism - POLITOUR is the new Haiti tourism Police force. these officers speak a little English, a little Spanish, they are trained in tourism, geography, they can guide a tourist in the right direction, they can also arrest anyone who is disturbing the peace in the designated tourist areas of Haiti.
