Guy Wewe's real name is Guy Webern Guerrier he is a journalist and an "animateur de radio" (radio host) who came up with a web radio he intelligently called "Guy Wewe Radio a".

"I believe an 'animateur de radio' should have a slogan," Guy said in a interview to Ticket Magazine. "After I popularized the slogan -- G on jan pou w ye -- Haitian music band Gabel made is so popular that I had to find another one. So I came up wi 'Guy Wewe Radio a' which has now become a brand name."
