If Haiti would become a commonwealth, there will be more chaos because they will not accept to be under a strange government.

You and I would see it is for the best but at the same time why would we even need to fight for freedom?

A whole country shouldn't suffer because of a few. I suggested before that we should have a NATIONAL SECURITY CARD NUMBER with a registered picture and finger print.

with the card, we would have curfew and anyone is found without the card will be taken to jail. If armed, take him/her to jail if found guilty, chain gang to work for his/her country We have roads, farming, irrigation, train tracks etc.

We all know that Haiti is rotten to its core mostly with its government workers, therefore bribing, lying should have a harsher punishment.

With such basics Haiti will start being enlighten.

Why should all haitians pay for a few?

make that few pay with its sweats.

Does what I said make sence?
