There are certain things in life that you or I have no control over, but when disaster strike, we'll be there to assist our people and take care of things right away, not later.

I have heard the Chinese and the American government said that they will build things that are earthquake free and resist tornadoes, but I got one news for them, before they do all that, let them call first on father nature instead of mother nature.
