Controlling the language is a subject which is being brought back into the American scene.

In slavery it may have had its beginning but capitalism has full implementation and control over the newcomers.

Eliminating bi-lingual education was not a new idea but an old one. Take out the language, the identity, culture and unity leaves a people and, they can be control.
